Australia: 80% Of Cannabis Consumed By Daily Consumers

Between 2007 and 2016, between 81% and 85% of all cannabis consumed in Australia was consumed by 16% of Australian cannabis consumers who report using weed every day. This according to a study by Addiction, a scientific journal, and as reported by Eureka Alert. The report goes on to say that a full 98% of all cannabis consumed in Australia is consumed by those who report using either daily or weekly.
According to the study authors, their research findings could indicate that cannabis does in fact follow a pattern similar to alcohol, where most of the product is consumed by those who consume most often (heavy drinkers). What do you think?
