Regions First Cannabis Shop Opens Wednesday

According to KitchenerToday, Waterloo Region's first retail cannabis shop is ready to open.
In a release, Canopy Growth says the Tokyo Smoke location at 75 Pinebush Road in Cambridge will open to the public at 9:00 a.m. Wednesday morning.
"As the first legal cannabis store in the Kitchener-Waterloo region, we're excited for the opportunity to bring the Tokyo Smoke brand to Cambridge and play a role in how the community both learns about and experiences the legal recreational cannabis industry," the company says.
It is one of three pot shops expected to open in the region after last year's second cannabis lottery.
The others are on Fairway Road in Kitchener and King Street in Uptown Waterloo.
